• Monitoring e-commerce sites, social media, and marketplaces for unauthorized listings.

• Enforcing IP rights through takedowns, cease-and-desist letters, and legal action.

• Ensuring authenticity with security labels for licensed products.

Common misconceptions about infringement

• Creating handmade or self-designed products using the KC is Good® name, logo, or taglines is still trademark infringement.

• The fact that others use the KC is Good® logo without authorization does not justify further unauthorized use.

• Using KC is Good® in product titles, descriptions, or branding misleads consumers and violates trademark laws.

Enforcement & Legal Actions

• Selling KC is Good® products on platforms like Etsy or other e-commerce sites without authorization is trademark infringement.

• Unauthorized use of KC is Good® icons, logos, or names for commercial purposes may lead to legal consequences.

• KC is Good® actively enforces its rights through cease-and-desist letters and legal action against repeat offenders.

Collaboration & Licensing

• Businesses must obtain an official license to use KC is Good® trademarks. Licensing agreements may include fees.
